Admission Requirements

Post-baccalaureate Diploma programs

1. Correctly and completely accomplished Application Form
2. High School Form 137 with school dry seal and official & original transcript of Records from former school.
3. Colored pictures of 2 pcs. Each (2x 2 and 1x1)
4. Proof of payment of application fee

Master's Level Degree Programs

1. Correctly and completely accomplished Application Form
2. Original copy of Transcript of records (TOR) for all degrees earned (original and duplicate)
3. Curriculum vitae (resume)
4. Colored pictures of 2 pcs. Each (2x 2 and 1x1)
5. Proof of payment of application fee

Admissions Procedures

1. The applicant submits the required documents to the Registrar form authentication.
2. The applicant undergoes the prescribed interviews conducted by the Dean for further assessments and approval.
3. After the assessment and approval of the Dean the applicant will ask to go to the accounting department for further explanation on the total and breakdown of payments depending on the approved subjects and units by the Dean.
4. Pays the corresponding fees at the cashier.
5. A copy of the registration form stamped “Officially Enrolled” is provided to the student.
